RRAS Problem

I am having a problem with my RRAS service (and as a result, my modem is not picking up calls). When I go into the console for RRAS, I see my server. However, when I click on the server, the red 'x' appears as if the server is not there. Therefore, I can not adjust the properties for RRAS.

Could my AD be corrupt? Any other ideas? Thanks.
