Thanks for your suggestions. I think I have completed and passed all of those tests. I ran DCDIAG and all came out Passed. I then ran NETDIAG and again, I think it passed. However, of NETDIAG I am not as sure as DCDIAG, so I am pasting it below.

When i checked DNS in DHCP servers, etc, it all was fine. ISP DNS servers are only in the Forwarders, just like you said.

A Thing I feel may (???) be causing:
How about that the internal FQDN ends with .local ? That has never been a problem, and it is a corporate IT policy among our office worldwide....
