RPC server is unavailable but sys is patched

Hi Guys,
Mixed domain, been hit by the worm but "all" systems have been patched. All Win2k boxes can get to the file&print server but none of the NT4 boxes can get in, they all get \\servername\xxxxx
RPC server is unavailable

What is going on??

Have you tried running the removal/fix tool from symantec and than running the patch?

We have run McAfee and Nortons tools on every system on the LAN

We have already used Fixblast.exe from Nortons
