Server running citrix, etc froze. One of my tech rebooted, now getting RPC service Unavail. message as well as whenever we try to start any service, an error 1068.
No prop. dialogs will open on the box. RPC is disabled, and I cannot even open up the pros to enable, start it to try to get it back up. Command line for services, actually any 'net', give an Error 5. access is denied.
HELP!
