How do I setup a Win2K stand alone server with 3 nics as a router?

I am currently using a NETCOMM ADSL modem Router and I want to add a second router because I have 3 different networks with different IP numbers.

I installed the 3 nics with 3 different IP address and subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 (on all three).

Before I click on "Routing and Remote Access; is there anything else I need to add when configuring those nics? meaning: Do I need to add a default Gateway and or DNS?

only one NIC that connects to the router needs DG. All NICs need DNS.
