We have 20 agents call center , till todya the call center was 24 HRS , from 2008 JAN they work only from 7am to 4PM, now we need to route all the calls after 4 PM to Voicemail for leave a message for callers,
Is this can be acived, we have S8500/G650 Rel 4.0
