I'm also new to these routers, but learning very fast. I have a customer with 3 locations running 1721's PTP. 1 store has a new T-1 working fine, the other 2 run through a DSL located in one of the stores. I need to move everyone to the T-1 for a new program they are running.
They are a routed network 10.10.217.xx .218.xxx & .219.xxx, .217 has the T-1, .218 has the current DSL, route statement on .218.101 router is ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.10.218.99 pointing to a pix 506e, I had removed the routing line and replaced it with ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.10.217.105 pointing to the VPN router on the T-1 line. After changing the line, I was able to access the T-1 ONLY after pinging both the vpn router and 1721 gateway, but then trying to change pages on the internet I would only receive a page can not be desplayed window.
I'm at a total loss, any ideas?
