routing updates ospf igrp 1

I have 3 routers shown on a common bus not point to point r1 is getting updates from r 2 but isn't from r3 all are in ospf area 0?
is it possible igrp is also configured and prevents ospf updates because of the lower admin distance of igrp (100)ospf (110)?

Because of the lower AD of 100 for IGRP, the routes learned through IGRP are preferred over OSPF at AD 110.
