All.

I want to create a DID which on no answer will route to a mobile, but I would also like to it route to another if no answer on the first.

I know I could create the DID, and amend the Coverage path so that we woulc have COV1 VDN x COV2 VDN x COV3 Audix.
Then to have the VDN route to a vector.
Then have the vector Queue to xxx(mobile).
This seems messy.

Is there another way, and please be gentle. As I have not been trained on the system and am still fumbling around.

Thanks in Advance

John

If you have Call Coverage Redirect off Net you can play arround with that.

Or if you are on r11 you could play around with EC500 Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.

How do I find out if I has Coverage to Offnet, like I said I have not had any real training on the system, so am guessing my way around.

Thanks in advance

John

It would depend on your software release.
I'm not sure but I think it became available at 8 or 9.

OK I have had a look at dip sys cust.
and I have coverage to offnet set to y.
How do I go about setting up a romote coverage path.
I though it would just be add cover path r but that does not seem to exist.

Thanks in Advance

John

Its not a remote coverage path, its a table you can use within the coverage path. Do a 'ch cov rem' and add your entry. In your coverage path, use an 'R' followed by the position in the table, for ex. 23. Your coverage point would then be r23. Hope this helps...

Bis, cheers mate

Just what I was looking for, it now works fine.
Calls the extension, no answer calls mobile number 1, no answer calls mobile number 2, no answer back to Audix.

Cheers all!
