routing issue

Hi

I'm having a problem accessing an outside address. From the router I can ping the address.

ping 63.*.*.*
!!!!!

If I ping from the internal router address E.g

ping enhanced I get
ping 63.*.*.*
....

What am I missing?

There may be an ACL blocking you from getting to the address even though you can ping it .

try to trace to it. it will show you where you are getting killed. and will have a !A if you are being blocked by an access-list
