Hello there, how can i use the automatic Time Profile Routing if Calls come in over a H323 Trunk from another PBX? In the Trunk Setting i havn´t "incomming Call Group"

Obviously it is of eminent relevance, that I this, what you celeprate, not optimally effective assume, since the integrate of you in the communicative system as code related terms with me no explosive associations in mental-empirical reproduction process of the mind.

You can't, it's classed as internal/extn call. Depending what you're doing with the call you could always route it via a group with a time profile on it or as you have SCN that means VM Pro, so route it via a time profile there :)

hmpf - IPO is behind a Panasonic PBX connected with a H323 Trunk. Every User that is moved from the Pana to IPO get a "Phantomcall" every Midnight (see it in Trace). This calls incomming over the H323 Trunk. My Workarround till the Pana is going out: Route every Number from 0:eek:o - 01:eek:o to "nirvana" (Featurecode = blocked). Pana Support don´t know where the calls comming from... The Group Sollution is not the best for all IPO Users i think, but thanks for your answer.
Other Sollution where i can block incomming calls for the midnight hour come in over a H323 Trunk...

You sound like a Panasonic engineer forced to install IP Office as well.

We connect various Panasonic systems with IP Office and there are no "phantom calls".
We have H.323 connections with TDE600, NS500, NS700 and NS1000 all used as a DECT server.
So, make a trace on the Panasonic to see what happens, oops I forgot, Panasonic doesn't have a trace option....

thats the problem. we cant trace the h323 trunk on pana side...
for ipo no solution?

No, you need to fix the issue on the Panasonic, don't let them get away with telling you they don't know. Trying to hide the issue in this way isn't the solution, plus you can't anyway. Unless you want to stop being lazy and build the groups, could have done it a hundred times since starting this thread :)

thx a lot
