I have a Tie line that is down and unable to call from remote site to the HQ; but I can call out from my HQ to that location...and it's using some type of digit conversion; but I'm unable to find out how calls are routing to my remote site. It's calling out over my outgoing trunks. I have in that route pattern a toll list but I don't know what numbers are in that list. Can someone please help.

Thanks

Wealthmaker,

use 'list trace station x' command, where x is your extension number (from where you're making test calls). it will show you how the number conversion is performed and what actual digits are outpulsed and where to. also you can use 'list ars/aar route-chosen' command for a number you're trying to dial.

I have G3Rv5.......and I don't have the list trace station command in this version. I did the list ars/aar route-chosen and it gave me the route pattern used. It has toll list; but I don't know how to check the numbers in the toll list.

I have the old DSA and just received the new ASA and I would like to import all of the voice systems and info into the New ASA without manually entering them. IS there a way to do this?
