Smart summary of our config:

Dial-plan: 3xxx - DID range
6xxx - Non DID.
Time Of Day routing : no

At present all our primary traffic is routed through PRI lines (Trunk group 3). We have a bundle of 16 CO lines on a different trunk group (Trk grp 43). My objective is to route the calls originating from non-DID extensions (6XXX) and destined to PSTN numbers starting with 4 & 5 through CO lines (trk. grp. 43). How do I accomplish this?
I want to treat the calls from 3xxx through PRI for sending ANI.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.

This is how we do it:

Assign all members with 6xxx with a different cor and the only difference should be the field for time of day - set this to 2
the go to: change time of day and enter the second column and dont forget to enter PGN# 2
then create a new route pattern for numbers begining 4 and 5 and route them to trunk 43
then go to change ars an 4, enter the router pattern with a "p" infront of it. ie enter p1
then type change partition route table and enter the route pattern for your 3xxx in the first column and the new route pattern for 6xxx in the second column.

Hope it works

Your post said you donot have time of day correct. I would use FRL on the station and trunk to force the non dids to the trunk of your choice. I would send all outbound calls to the same route and match the FRL for the DID's to the PRI and the NON DIDs to the second choice. Example: the first choice in the route has a FRL of 7. The DID's have a FRL of 7. Second choice in the route has a FRL of 6 the non did's also have a FRL of 6. With this magic the DID's will complete over both where the nondid's will only go out the second choice.

Hope this makes sense
