Routeur CISCO 1720 BUG !!!

I'm french
I have a big big probleme with my "cisco 1720"

I make a #configure terminal
and a #config-register 0x8075
and after reset my router make : "rommon 1#" and now i write "rommon 1#confreg 0x8000" because i would like to reset all my nvram and etc and i think que 0x8000 make a reset but it's not realy ok .....

and when i turn ON my router they write a illegal characters !!!

and etc but they load the image of a nvram but with a illegal characters !!!!
Why ??
My emulator is "hyper-terminal" and the system win200pro.
Wich emulator can anderstand this language or wich solution to reset all the routeur in initial mode ?????

config reg 8075 configures the console port to 19,200.

config reg 8000 configures the console port to 9600.

So try changing your hyperterm session to 9600 after you have changed your register value.
