Router suggestions?

I need to set up my web servers (4 total) at a colo facility for the first time and need to get a router to do so. we'll be running between 5 and 20 Meg. I need a firewall and the ability to restrict bandwidth to make sure we don't burst beyond a certain limit. I'm more of a programmer than a hardware guy and all of my research is creating more questions than answers.

Any suggestions?
