Router Error Msg

When i reboot my 2501 router, i can c the following message from the console " Loading cisconet.cfg ... [timed out], Loading router-confg ... [timed out], Loading router.cfg ... [timed out]"
After every few seconds later, the same message showed again & again. Is anyone here knows what is the problem of my router ???

Yes, you are trying to download a config from a tftp server or ftp server because you have service config enabled and no boot network and boot host defined.
If you don't need to download your config from a remote server disable the service
with no service config.
