router busy ??

It isn't a Cisco router - is a DLINK - and when i want to open in the browser to configure it - the browser response is - busy. The lan is working.I can ping the router. What means that??

Return it and buy a Linksys. D-link sucks. I've had nothing but trouble with their products.

Thanks, for the tips - but I can't buy a Cisco (money - money :(( I don't know Linksys prices ...
