Route to inside computer name

i ws wondering if this is possible
we have a cicsoc 1720 running IOS 12.
right now i have the ip nat inside set up to go to the "main" server for email, web and etc.
can i have it to to anohter computer as well.
so right now mail.domain.com comes to our mail server
i can add a dns record for the other internal server to our ISP for
rh90.internaldomain.com. can i have the router forward requested to that specific computer?

Are you saying that you want to map another IP address to another server on your LAN and point the MX record for a different domain at that IP address?
