I need to route all of my outbound email to a different isp server (mail.global.frontbridge.com). Where do I make this change in exchange 2003?

Thanks

Go into Excange System Manager, expand servers, your server, protocols, SMTP, defauly smtp virtual server, right click, properites, delivery, advanced, Smart Host.

You can put in a dns host name, or an IP but if its an IP it must be enclosed in these brackets [ ]

So for example if your isp's mail server is 192.168.1.1 you would but the IP as this [192.168.1.1] otherwise you can type the dns name without the brackets.

I forgot you should restart the SMTP service after you make this change.
