If you have an exchange 2000 in one site and an Exchange 5.5 in another site (physically and exchange site\org). example:
Site A has exchange 2000 org abc.com building 1
Site B has exchange 5.5 org xyz.net building 2
Can you route mail directly from 1 server to another without going over the internet. Also, can you configure it to share the address books between the 2 servers?
The 2 buildings have a common network and internal routing between the 2 sites is already inplace.
Thanks for your help,
