Hello gentlemen,

I've got a customer with two offices across town from each other. Both sites are identical with IPO 500V2 systems running version 8. Both have 10 1608 sets and 8 channel PRIs. The two sites are networked via VPN.

Question: How do I route an incoming DID call arriving at site A to ring an extension at site B?

I've studied the search forum for quite a while and can't find an answer.

Thanks in advance, Lanny

if the sites are truly running as a SCN (H323 lines with supplementary service = IP office SCN), then all that is required is that the ICR on site A be pointed at the extension for site B. Note that this extension number will NOT appear in the drop down under the destinations, but must be manually entered.
