Route calls to same message.

Our CallPilot will be down for a lengthy upgrade. We still have Meridian Mail at this same site. How can I get all calls to the CallPilot to go to the same announcement on the MerMail? The DFDN of the CDN for CallPilot is the MerMail DN so when CP is down the calls go to MerMail. That part is good.
However every call goes to Mermail as the originally dialed DN. We can't add every possible DN to the MerMail so how can I change the number being presented. I think I did this before but don't remember how.

Can you change the access DN of the menu you want in Mer Mail to the CDN?

do you have a ran? best way would be to route those to a nrrt from the cp acd.. if you build a new acd and make the night treatment a single ran route with the recording you need.. that would work..


when i had to do something simualr i built 4 analog trunks, did and looped them back to the switch... a trunks out four in.. the in were auto yes with the atdn the menu service.. that sent all the calls out and back in, the NEW original dialed dn played the menu.. this was a fast gov work around for er calls during a weather evac.. it's a little extreme.
