Route all analog faxes?

Here's a tricky one for you guys:

I have about 15 analog fax machines and we're a heavy faxing company. I'm on a G3si r11. Is there a way I can route all the faxes somehow through the faxing capabilities of my Intuity Audix (latest ver) so that all faxes are queued up and I can limit the maximum simultaneous channels to be used to send/receive faxes to 4 or so?
