rounding numbers 1

Whenever I enter a number like 27.38 it will round down or up depending on the number. I've got the format set to standard and 2 decimal places but it still rounds up or down. How can I fix this problem.

Your number type is probably set to Long Integer. Change it in the table design to Double.
