Rounding a number to the nearest .9

I have a list of numbers in excel all are to 1 decimal place. i need to round them all to the nearest .9 ?
Please if anyone can help with something simple that would be fantastic.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Add 0.1, round to integer, deduct 0.1?

ah yes that was a bit obvious want it ... thank you !! (yes my mind is that puddled lol !!!)
