Bless him, I see nobody has answered him though, I tried but I have an issue with my laptop that I can't get on the net when the power is off :)

if someone asks "is the divert placed at the PSTN exchange level or at the PABX level?" it isn't a very stupid question..

Perhaps thay are used to using centrex type lines, where the divert is applied at the exchange

I am facing a problem in IP Office 500 call forwarding. When system is down the call forwarding of the system gets automticaly disable.

Is it a dependecy of the system(running power)

i think he answered his own question really......
