I've got a report that prints badge id's for users in our facility. There are two sides to the badge. The front is the picture and banner, and the back side is the information and barcode. The back side on the report is longer left to right. I know there is an active X control that allows you to rotate, but we just upgraded from NT to XP. This didn't work very well on Access 97, but I was wondering if 2002 had a better way of doing it. Thanks for the help.

If you just want to rotate the text boxes then in design view, properties, All tab, change Vertical from no to yes. You would have to do this for each text box and label although you should be able to do a multiple selection.

Vertical is not an option in properties.

Not the Report properties but the Text Box Properties.

That's what I was looking at, the text box and label properties.

Hmmm...What version of Access are you on? I've got Office 2000. Under the All tab (it's also under the Data tab), the Label properties Vertical is the 6th option; under the Test Box properties Vertical is the 7th option.

I have no idea why else you wouldn't have the Vertical option. Maybe someone else will know.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help : (

Hillary is right - almost ;-)
It's in the Others tab...
