Rotating or Changing Content

i have a mysql table that contains interviews with people...i then want to have those rotate in a content page in no particular order...for instance

uid name story
1 Ed hey man
2 Bob wow dude
3 Cathy ugh

i load the interview page and it returns Bob...refresh it, and it returns Cathy...

same idea as a Ad Banner i guess

Perform the query:

SELECT * FROM tablename ORDER BY rand() LIMIT 1

Use the data returned as the display content.
