Hi autocadvba,
I'm not sure exactly as I haven't resarched it properly yet, but you need a transormation matrix to rotate the object(s) from the WCS..
Check the developer help in AutoCAD for transformby method or transformation matrix and it'll give you a pointer in what to do - I found it a bit confusing at first glance but I tend to find it's best to understand it if you try it, firstly using their example and then altering the numbers to see what changes..
