Could someone please advise me how to rotate a Clipart image in a Word document without Cutting and pasting it to Paint, rotating it, and pasting it back in word. Thank you in anticipation of many replies.......Dave
I have XP office (Word) and if I insert clip-art,making sure on the VIEW /TOOL BARS that picture tool bar is checked,on that tool bar is a ROTATE button........don`t know if is the same on your version of Word?
Hi,
In Word 2002 (XP), when you insert the clip art, click on it and on the picture toolbar, change the Text Wrapping to square or tight. That should reveal the little green circle that lets you rotate. Point to it and your cursor turns into a little circle. Click and drag.
Good luck,

By George, I think I've got it! I've been looking at that myself from time to time, but using other methods.
OK...
1. Insert the Clip-Art graphic in Word 2000
2. Go to "Edit - Edit Picture"
3. Use the "Select All" pointer on the drawing toolbar
4. Select the picture (because they are all in bits)
5. Group the Picture (right click on it - Grouping - Group)
6. When the graphic is selected, it can now be flipped
7. Ungroup the picture (it helps later)
8. Return to word.
