Good morning -
We have a toll free number that terminates here at a VDN in our Definity that flows thru a vector. Within the vector are a number of choices for the caller to route the call. Today, we actually had a customer who could not place an order because she was on a ROTARY PHONE. Is there a way to accomdate that? I'm stumped. Any advice appreciated.

usually you put a default termination on a vector for such an occassion.

example:

route to 0 if unconditionally.

this would route anybody who does not do anything and the vector interdigit timer, times out or if they have a rotary phone.
