I have been searching for a solution to this and can't find anything anywhere, maybe one of you more experienced people can help me out.
An ip office was sold to a customer with a hotel, using room master software. On the website for the software it says that it is compatible with IPO. However room master cannot read the SMDR from IPO because of the variable widths, it needs fixed width data to do call accounting properly. Is there a way to make IPO smdr fixed width, or some third party software or something? Anybody worked with these two before?
