How can I give users rights to the calendar so they can only delete there own items.
for example: I created room mailboxes gave everyone full access, but the problem is then that anyone can delete or create items, no good.
So I created room mailboxes gave myself full access, opened the mailbox in outlook, gave everyone permission as Reviewer to the mailbox, then set editor to the Calendar for everyone else. The problem is that our boardrooms open up so if the user adds two rooms to the calendar, they can delete the one room but the other gives access denied.
And where did my projector and TV go?, they show up in Exchange Management Console but where to find them in Outlook?
