Rollovers - "Non-standard tags"?

After being unable to get rollover buttons I had created in Cyberstudio3 to work on a certain ISP's servers, (although they worked on my desktop), I posted the question on the ISP's forum. A reply I received included the following: "CyberStudio's code seems to be wrong (not to mention its non-standard tags)."
The writer kindly sent me a revised script, which on uplaoding did work. If this is something that was wrong with Cyberstudio3, has it been put right now?
