Rollover in Image Maps

Hello!
Is it possible to make a hotspot inside an image-map into a rollover image? Or to get a similar effect (rollover image effect)for the hotspot?
I appreciate all your advices and suggestions.

I would break up the image and create a rollover on a segment. Also you could put a layer on top of the image and place a rollover image inside.
