I have created a website using Image Ready ver.3 and the site downloads OK apart from the rollovers I've created. They are much slower to download than the rest of the site. Any ideas greatly welcomed.

'If we're supposed to work in Hex, why have we only got A fingers?'
You're using a technique that involves downloading large image files to display small areas of text on the screen. It's inevitably going to work slowly on a dialup line. You can sharpen it up a little by optimising your individual images a bit more, you should also try using jpegs instead of gifs for the photographic images.
In the end, though, the whole approach is fundamentally flawed. You're going to get no traffic from search engines because there's not a scrap of text on the site for them to index, it's also largely inaccessible to disabled visitors.
So, you may not greatly welcome this idea, but I suggest you rework the site using proper HTML text for the text elements of the site, and a few strategicly placed images for the rest.
