Roll overs?

Simple question here, how do I create rollovers similar to

(left hand menu) within my site?

I've used rollovers before but have always created them using two different images that change when hovered over, not sure how to do it with text? is there a simple Java app?

that uses CSS...you would need not make a style to redefine your a tag as well as your a:hover tag so for the msn one is the a tag is defined as a color with no underline on it and the hover is a new color and underline

go to windows>css and redefine tag and chose a: then edit it then do it again and chose the third option i think off the top of my head itts chose selected and shoose a:hover and make it look how you want it to.
If this doesnt help say so and i will take time later and explain better im in a rush
sometimes i just cant take it...then i realize its already to late
