I have two Robotic Libraries (DLT) that are not giving me the option of exporting or importing tapes. The options are greyed out along with all of them except properties and refresh. The one Library, the first one installed will give you the options if you first do a backup or restore of any size. From then on as long as you do not log out, you have the option to import, export, inventory, scan, label, etc..
The second drive, identical except in an HP case instead of the Gateway case of the other one. Will not give you any options no matter what we try except for properties and refresh.
Can anyone help. I am running Windows 2000 server.
