Roaming profiles with multiple os'es

How do you set up for the same group of users with existing 2000 profiles so that they can also use same profile directory
example the current structure that works for NT and 9x roaming users
is
profiles/username/windowsnt
profiles/username/windows98

is there a registry key or policy setting that you know that I can adjust to accomodate the 2000 roaming profiles as well?

Any info would be appreciated.
