Roaming Profile problem after installing Win XP SP1 and/or SP2.

I have a domaincontroller with windows 2000 server and clients with windows 2000 prof.

now i installed a few clients with WinXP Prof. because the computers boot faster.

After installing service pack 1 and/or SP2 users can't log in anymore with there roaming profile.
They have full permission on there profile directory on the server.
