RMD File extension

Hi, guys. I am having problems opening a file with a .RMD extension. What application or package do I need to be able to open this.

It could be a real audio file, or it could be raw modem data or a REGMaid Document (No idea what that is)

No personal experience with it, but think it might be a Reference Manager Database.

PS - I'm sure you have, but just incase: Have you tried looking at it's properties?
