RMAN Backup Failures

This backup has been failing regularly with the following error:

ORA-27192: skgfcls: sbtclose2 returned error - failed to close file

sbtclose2: Failed to process backup file.
ORA-19502: write error on file "bk_DSRS01_94_1_516049613", blockno 8193 (blocksize=512)
ORA-27030: skgfwrt: sbtwrite2 returned error
ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
sbtwrite2: sbtwrite2() failed.

We're running this on Netbackup 4.5 fp3 on Solaris 8. This client is using the oracle database ext client for NB. Any suggestions? Have you seen this before?

What error code is being displayed in Netbackup?

From one of our DBA's - He said that this looks very much like corrupted data in your Oracle tables. You might want to contact Oracle on this.
