RMAN allocates SBT_TAPE forever

Hi,

I have prepared standard script for backuping Oracle with Legato.
After I have started xy.bat script, RMAN started, parsed arguments and holded on allocate SBT_TAPE for ever.
Nothing happens and finally I have to kill the process.

What is going on?
