We recently installed the RMA module for MAS200 and it seems to be working fairly well, the only problem that I'm finding is that for many of the returns entered thru the RMA module when generating the transaction it is creating sales orders for many of those returns.
So what happens is that when we review our open sales order report, there are many sales orders created that in reality we don't need, these are supposse to be returns. If anyone is familiar with this module please let me know if this is happening to you.
