RKEY Creation

Could someone point me in the right direction for creating a ZABO / .rkey? I've done this years ago and cannot find documentation on how to do it. My first attempt created a bomain.rkey.key !!

You don't create an RKEY file. You create a regular BOMain.key and put it on your server. RKEY files are automatically downloaded as part of the ZABO install.
