Ris TFTP error

WHen tring to use RIS to download an image i am getting the following error


PXE-T04: Unable to find requested file or read access denied
PXE-E36: Error recived from TFTP server.
PXE-MOF: Exiting Intel PXE Rom.


Any idears?
