I have been asked by a company to help move a web site from a screwy web host (addr.com) that knows nothing of customer service. The company never made backups of their site so we are desperately trying to grab the files from the server. We cannot access the FTP server anymore so all we can grab is what can be viewed in a HTTP browser. The few web grabbing/ripping utilities that I've tried seem to ignore PHP pages. They only download HTML & HTM pages.
Can anyone recommend a decent utility to rip the PHP pages from a web site without grabbing them one by one in a web browser? I use Mac and Windows.
YES! - I realize that grabbing PHP pages like this will not grab the source scripting - - but I would rather have the server-processed PHP files than nothing at all.
