Sure. The feature is called Distinctive Ring Pattern.
All you have to do is assign a distinctive ring to the external lines: Lines > Trunk/Line Data > Distinctive Ring.
Note that, even without using the Distinctive Ring Pattern feature, you can hear the difference between external and internal calls. A single ring is for external calls and a double ring is for internal calls (and for transferred calls).
