Ringing Line Answer

Hi, I recently bought a replacement GSX8 from ebay as the one of ours had broken. We have had this phone system in for 20 years or so but we have it so only certain phones ring, however the new phone we have is set to have ringing line answer enabled which means you can just pick it straight up without having to press the button, the person who originally set the phone system up has left, can anyone help me to disable it as I cant find how to do it anywhere in the manual.
