Ring once and then forward to voice mail

Opt 11c 3904 phones. I am tring to figure out how to make a phone ring only once and then forward to voice mail when on another call, but ring the standard 4 rings when not on a call.

if you are using the Symposium you can write a script so that the caller goes directly to voicemail if agent is busy.AJK

are you getting repeated rings on the set or a single tone? ficd in class gives one tone, fica allows repeated rings. the number of rings before forward no answer is controlled by the rco, and that is for the set, not each line and does not reflect the status of the phone..
